❤️?❤️CHARITY HACK OUT!❤️?❤️
Pls dont forget our ride on the 23rd Feb. Meeting at club field.
There is a £2 charge per rider and this will be donated to MIND the charity.
We will also be holding a raffle so if anyone has any prizes they can donate Please get in touch.
All riders must wear high viz and be capable of riding on the road. The rise is suitable for all ages and abilities but you ride at your own risk and the club can not take any responsibility for injury or damage whilst on this ride.
All horses will need to be vaccinated and any new horses will need to show their passports on arrival.
We raised a lot of money last year despite the god awful weather! So let’s try to do it again and it’s a great change to welcome new members!
The route will be out of club, right up chapel lane. One group wanting a canter can cut through the woods and the other will continue up the hill,
turning left to go across the dual carriage way and left onto the mile.
The canter group can canter through the fields and meet us on the mile. This group will be led by a senior member.
We will then go into new inn, up the high street, left into new road and down the polo grounds. Going onto the cycle track. Coming off at Bevans Lane. Going straight across the Ashbridge roundabout, left at the lights back into Chapel Lane.
I do need volunteers for Marshall’s especially for crossing roads and assisting with traffic. Please comment below if you are able to help at all. You wi t have to walk the whole ride if you don’t want too but can travel in a car to crossing points such as the dual carriageway that we will need assistance with crossing safely.
So, who’s up for it??? Contact Kate Archer for more information.
We are looking for new sponsors for 2020
The club is moving from strength to strength in the last two years we have qualified and competed at most of the British Riding Club National and Regional Championships and with new goals we need new support.
If you think you can help us in anyway this season then please email Emma with your suggestions. Wether you can offer us a service, sponsor a team, or sponsor a class (from £25) at any of our shows or help us out with your time we would be very grateful.
In return we could either advertise here on our website, on our social media pages or include you in our show schedules, Or if you were to sponsor a team (ie with kit with your logo ) we compete and travel all over the country and every little bit of support does help and encourages our members to aim this high.
